Job Description :
1)      Business Development :
a)      Responsible for revenue generation across products and countries and ensure yields across products
b)      Strategize and plan the Export process management, forecasting, pricing structure, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy. Support and facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans.
c)      Recovery of Poor Performing countries and parties.
d)      Development of new distributors for our brands as well as parties in private labels.
e)      Participate in different exhibitions, mega promotional meets & also Audit market development activities implementation.
f)        Promotion of product through e commerce
g)      Fix of budget for TV/radio/newspaper advertisement Vs Sales plan, get the finalisation up to releasing of the same. Analyse the after effect to get best output

2)      Export Documentation
a)      To monitor the export procedure and check the documents like PI, DA, labelling instructions country wise, Custom Invoice & other documents, Insurance document, Container Booking from relevant shipping line/freight forwarder, fumigation, Excise rel
b)      To ensure that the Container stuffing date, copy of invoice & Copy of BL is mailed to our customer as per schedule.
c)      To ensure that container is dispatched on time.
d)      To ensure timely submission of post export shipment documents to excise / concerned department.
e)      To ensure that the documents post shipment like fumigation certificate, various certificates like GSP, Certificate of Origin, Phyto, Health Certificates etc arrive in time.
f)        To ensure that payments to release the BL is sent on time and BL is received in time
g)      To ensure proper preparation of bank documents
h)      To ensure excise documents like CT-1, Bond , ARE -1 are checked and timely submitted.
i)        To monitor timely submission of APEDA, ECGC, ER-2, Service Tax Challan & return, ARE-1, CT -3, APR & APR, Insurance Report.
j)        To ensure timely renewal of our EPCES, GS1 (Barcode), Indo American Chamber of Commerce, USFDA registration, APEDA, Star Export House at the end of year.

Stores
1) Material Management
a)      To prepare material requisition plan.
b)      Stock verification of various materials such as packing materials / finish materials / etc.
c)      Maintain minimum stock of various materials in stores.
d)      Prepare purchase indent of materials that are short and follow-up for the same with purchase department.
e)      Physical stock verification with ERP system.
f)        Prepare material issue slip as well as stock transfer slip and updating the same in ERP.
g)      Prepare receipt of all received materials (raw materials / packing materials / finished goods/Trading items consumables). If the quantity or quality not matched with the predefined parameters, then inform the concerned department for the same.
h)      Stock maintenance of rejected materials / goods.

Dispatch
